In accordance with the “First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, activities are being implemented in a consistent manner by “Radio-Television Broadcasting and Satellite Communications” Limited Liability Company, which operates under AZCON Holding.
Accordingly, on December 29, 2025, the operations of the Talish, Kichik Garabey and Hasanriz Radio and Television Broadcasting Stations located in the territory of the Aghdara district were restored.
As a result, the total number of broadcasting stations restored to date in the liberated territories has reached 11, contributing to the expansion of coverage and improvement of signal quality for digital television and FM radio broadcasting.
It should be noted that the population resettlement schedule for 2026 will be taken into account, and appropriate measures will be implemented to ensure the broadcasting of radio and television programs in the required areas.
