On the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide, the staff of the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport visited the monument erected in Khatai district, Baku in memory of the victims of tragedy.
Honoring the memory of the victims of the tragedy with deep respect, the staff of the ministry laid flowers at the monument.
