Applicants must submit the following documents to participate in the competition:
Documents confirming the right to participate in the competition and specialty:
1. Letter of application for participation in the competition;
2. Certificate from the relevant tax and social authorities on the absence of unfulfilled, overdue obligations on taxes and other obligatory payments, as well as non-fulfillment of the taxpayer’s obligations under the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the last year (excluding the period of suspension); Not required for non-resident legal entities or individuals without a branch or permanent representative office in the Republic of Azerbaijan);
3. A copy of the financial report of the bidder on its activities for the last year, approved by the tax authorities;
4. Bank statement on the financial condition of the bidder for the last year;
5. A document confirming the bidder’s experience in similar procurement;
6. Full name, legal status, charter, country of registration and details of the bidder;
7. Document confirming the authority of the person authorized to sign the tender proposal and procurement contract (notarized copy of the order of appointment or power of attorney – non-resident legal entities or individuals without a branch or permanent representative office in the Republic of Azerbaijan not required for);
8. Information on the subcontractor who will sign the contract for the work (with the name of the specific subcontractor).
Bidders may address their questions regarding the Competition to the Procuring Entity by the above-mentioned means of communication.
The tender documents (excluding the price proposal) shall be signed and sealed in a sealed envelope until 22.05.2022, at 12:00, and the tender proposal shall be signed and sealed in a sealed envelope in two copies (original and copy) dated 31.05.2022 , to be submitted to the Competition Commission of Teleradio PU at 126 Abbasgulu Abbaszadeh Street, Baku by 15:00. Alternatively, the documents must be submitted electronically to the Competition Commission of Teleradio PU by e-mail [email protected] on the specified dates.
NOTE: The competition is carried out in accordance with the “Instructions on Procurement” of “Teleradio” PU.
