The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport has been recognized as the most active government body.
The Ministry was awarded for the prompt consideration of citizen appeals in cooperation with the Online Platform of Public Control (www.enezaret.az ) for September – November 2021.
Note that the Online Platform of Public Control is a pilot project implemented in partnership with the National Open Government Platform under the project Empowering Civil Society Organizations for Transparency (ECSOFT) of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The project aims to accept video and photographic evidence from citizens on a number of issues of concern to the public and to achieve their solutions in the relevant government bodies.
It is worth mentioning that previously the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport received a certificate of gratitude for assistance in resolving citizen appeals in cooperation with the Online Platform of Public Control for June – August 2021.
