“Radio-Television Broadcasting and Satellite Communication” Production Unity (Baku, Ak. A.Abbaszadeh str., 2) of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan which is creditor appealed to the court on the claim of the declaration of bankruptcy of the debitor of “Lider TV and Radio-Azerbaijan” LLC (Baku, Sh. Mehdiyev str., 83).
The court hearing on the case will be held on 08.06.2020 at 11:00 in the 13th courtroom of the Administrative Building of the Baku Commercial Court.
