By order of Ramin Guluzade, Minister of Communications and High Technologies, Ali Izzat oglu Abdullayev was appointed Chief of Staff of the ministry.
Ali Abdullayev was born in 1979. He graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, political governance, in the field of law.
During 2001-2006 he headed Legal department of the State Committee on Property Issues, since 2007 he has worked as director general of the Auction Center.
