He was born on June 13, 1970 in the village of Jil of Krasnoselo region of the Armenian SSR.
In 1987, he was admitted to the specialty of “Industrial Electronics” of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of Azerbaijan Polytechnic Institute named after Ch. Yildirim.
In 1993, he graduated with honors from the specialty of Industrial Electronics of the Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering of Azerbaijan Technical University. By the decision of the scientific council of the faculty he started working as an engineer-researcher at the same department.
In March 1994, he started working as a senior electrician in Satellite Communication Workshop at Teleradio PU.
From 1995, he worked as the head of the “Satellite Communication” workshop.
From 1998, he worked as a chief engineer of Satellite and Radio-Television broadcasting enterprise.
From 1999, he worked as the head of the Technical Department.
In 1995-1999, he studied at the graduate school of Azerbaijan Technical University.
In 2000, he received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.
On May 3, 2004, he was appointed Chief Engineer of Teleradio PU.
On April 12, 2006, he was appointed as Technical Director of Teleradio PU.
From 12.03.2021 to 21.10.2021, he was acting General Director.
On October 22, 2021, he was appointed General Director of Teleradio PU.
On 06.12.07, by the Order No. 207 of the Ministry of Communications, he was awarded “Master of Communication”.
He was awarded the honorary title of Honored Engineer of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 74 dated 01.12.2008.
He was awarded “Progress medal” by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 5, 2017 on the awarding of employees in the field of communications and high technologies in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He speaks Turkish, Russian and English.
He is married and has two children.
