Heads of central executive authorities continue receiving citizens in regions on the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
On August 22, Minister of Communications and High Technologies Ramin Guluzade received citizens in Ganja city (citizens from cities Ganja, Naftalan, and Goranboy, Samukh, Dashkasan, Goygol, and Kalbajar regions).
The appeals made at the reception were mainly related to the quality of telecommunications services, the Internet, mail, radio and TV broadcasting, as well as employment and other issues.
Most of the problems raised by citizens were solved on the spot.
Minister Ramin Guluzade gave instructions to the heads of relevant bodies on solving of other appeals.
Citizens’ appeals on the issues that are unrelated to the activity of the ministry were registered to be forwarded to the appropriate bodies.
The issues raised by citizens during the meeting with the Minister Ramin Guluzade, were then discussed in detail at a meeting held with the heads of regional telecommunication centers and post offices.
Extensive discussions were held on the current situation in the sector, shortcomings, service quality, as well as citizens’ complaints.
During the meeting, Ramin Guluzade gave instructions to the heads of relevant areas on improving the service quality.
At the same time, the Minister gave relevant instructions for resolving problems in a timely manner, bringing the culture of service to the desired level, rendering a serious response to citizens’ complaints.
